Crowning Glory Day Spa reserves the right to require 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment. If you have a Gift Certificate and do not show up or cancel your appointment , your Gift Certificate is no longer valid. Our Gift Certificates have a six month expiry date. If it cannot be used within that time frame due to unforeseen circumstances, please give us a call so we can provide you with an extention. Gift Certificates are transferrable, but unrefundable. Thank-you for observing our policies
